Cancellation Policy

To reserve your appointment, a booking fee is required—£50 for initial treatments and £20 for the perfecting session. This fee is credited toward the final cost of your service. We understand that life can be unpredictable. Should you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. You are welcome to reschedule once within this time frame. Cancellations or changes made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. This policy allows us to offer a smooth and personalised experience for all of our clients. Thank you for your understanding and continued trust.
